MY STORY
I have a heart and passion for loving and helping others, for helping them become more self-aware, for connecting with others and helping them connect to others, for being real and authentic, for showing love and empathy and for creating a space with thoughtful intention to cultivate opportunities for personal growth and rest to occur.
For over 16 years I worked as Director, Global Talent Management for a large, global organization and have had the privilege and opportunity to coach and develop leaders and teams around the world. Working to support the synergy of teams and the development of individual’s skills and potential fuels my passion for helping people. I’m excited to utilize what I’ve learned over the past 16 years and now offer a unique set of retreats and workshops, designed to draw out authenticity and passion in each person, by creating meaningful experiences that increase self-awareness and allow participants to engage with themselves and others. All while establishing a space where people feel comfortable to be themselves.
Discover Yellow provides an opportunity for you to be intentional about creating space for yourself. Space that allows you to show up for yourself, so you can show up as your best self!

On a more personal level, I am a Christian, wife to my amazing and supportive husband James, mom to our two awesome kiddos, Perry & Paxton, daughter, sister, friend and leader… all of which are titles that I am grateful for and roles I don’t take lightly. My heart is fueled and grounded by my faith, family, friends, and work.
As we get to know each other, you’ll quickly learn that I’m a social person who loves experiences, so it’s pretty likely that if you invite me, I’ll join you. I do my best to always be authentic and I surround myself with genuine people. I believe the little things in life and experiences can make the biggest impact and create the best memories. I am an active person AND most times, I’m jamming my day with way too many activities. Can I get an AMEN!
I’m a believer that we need to show up for ourselves, in order to show up as our best self for others! Intentionally creating space for the things that we value, that are meaningful to us and that we are given the talents and skills to do.
I have sincere gratitude for each and every person that God has brought into my life. Born and raised in Ohio, having lived and spent time in Florida and Kentucky, and now calling beautiful Washington State my home, I have learned so much from the people I’ve had the opportunity to meet along the way and learned so much about myself in the process. My life has been filled with opportunities, challenges and changes, but has taught me to embrace the unknown with open arms, always having faith that God’s plan is bigger than my current perspective.
